Product Profile of Direct Driven Vacuum Pump Machine
Torr Marketing [I] Pvt. Ltd manufactures Direct Driven Vacuum Pump Machine. Torr Marketing [I] Pvt. Ltd. Manufactures Vacuum Pumps and Systems. Direct driven Vacuum Pumps are coupled directly to the electric motor and run at much higher rpm than that of conventional belt driven vacuum pump.
The rotor is mounted eccentrically in the pump cylinder. The three radially sliding vanes divide the pump chambers into three sections. Due to rapid rotation of the rotor the vanes are forced to slide against the cylinder walls by means of centrifugal force. The pumping is brought about by alternately increasing and decreasing the volume of the working space which is of crescent shape in the cross section. The component parts as of the pumps are sealed by rubber `O` rings. All parts are pined to ensure easy disassembling and reassembling.
